What are the features of EasyRequest?
EasyRequest allows users to make their access requests using their own corporate language, not someone else's technical jargon.
1) Business-friendly identity management
EasyRequest is the result of years of Identity Management projects and endless discussions with business users about how they, and not IT people, would envision an 'easy-to-use' Acces Request application. EasyRequest offers a 'rich yet simple' user experience across the entire set of Identity data and actions that are stored in the existing Identity Governance platform.
2) Integration with existing IGA platform
Security and privacy requirements are met by EasyRequest's IGA gateway, a small footprint stateless software component that is installed behind the customer's firewall and securely synchronises data bi-directionally between the customer's IGA datastore and EasyRequest. It can be configured on any Identity Management/Governance platform. Native integrations are now available for Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Micro Focus Identity Manager. Other leading IGA platforms are in the pipeline.
3) Extensible catalogue
EasyRequest extends the existing, hard-to-understand catalogue by adding important information, such as an additional layer of taxonomies and searchable metadata. Leveraging its set of ready-to-use templates, EasyRequest can enrich the existing catalogue with a functional view of rights, instead of relying only on short descriptions.
4) Natural Language Defined Approval Processes
In most IGA platforms, workflow and visibility configuration requires software coding. EasyRequest puts an end to this by allowing approval processes to be described in natural language, significantly reducing substantial effort and enabling an unprecedented audit position.
5) Full application control
EasyRequest gives application owners a set of superpowers to properly govern access to their applications, such as managing visibility and grouping of 'their' portion of the catalogue, adding/removing/blocking user access on managed applications."
